"Invalid Number" in Windows Pro (7&8) environments

description

Hello, we are getting an "Invalid Number" exception with the following converter instance:
 <Kentconverters:ExpressionConverter x:Key="MaxWidthExpressionConverter">{0} * 0.4f</Kentconverters:ExpressionConverter>
!PrintException 03e15d08
Exception object: 03e15d08
Exception type: Kent.Boogaart.Converters.Expressions.ParseException
Message: Invalid number: 0.4
InnerException: <none>
This only occurs in windows 7 pro & windows 8 pro !?!

The workaround was to use
 <Kentconverters:ExpressionConverter x:Key="MaxWidthExpressionConverter">{0} * (40 / 100)</Kentconverters:ExpressionConverter>
