Visual Studio Error

Hi!

I've used this project with NuGet in Silverlight 5.0.

I get this error (it does compile, it's just complaining and the designer won't load for the entire project which is very annoying):

Error 1 Invalid XmlnsDeclaration occurs in assembly 'Kent.Boogaart.Converters, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc96fa93a217f7a1'. XmlnsDeclaration references a namespace 'Kent.Boogaart.Converters.Markup' that is not in the assembly.

I suspect this is due to the Kent.Boogaart.Converters.Markup converter that is not implemented for Silverlight, and thus, the XmlnsDefinition should also be excluded when compiled for Silverlight, but that's just a guess.

For Silverlight 5, I have included those markup extensions that make sense, since SL5 now supports them. For Silverlight 4, I have excluded the offending XML namespace mapping and verified that the designer no longer falls over.
